As a member of the council, you will work with TSTC and fellow bus riders to help drive projects and initiatives to improve bus service in New Jersey and Westchester County.
We will equip you with the necessary advocacy tools to become an impactful leader in your community, and collectively influence elected officials and transit agency leaders.
Members of the council must be regular NJ Transit or Bee-Line bus riders.
NewBus is NJ Transit’s Bus Network Redesign program. The first two phases have already begun with studies addressing 38 bus routes serving Newark and 27 bus routes serving Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties plus Philadelphia.Â
