Why Mobility?

Transportation is more than just getting from point A to point B—it determines access to opportunity, drives economies, and builds climate resiliency. The way we move shapes our communities, determines who has access to jobs and resources, and impacts public health. A just and sustainable transportation system isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity for equity, environmental justice, and a thriving future. The Art of Mobility explores these themes through a creative lens, showcasing how movement influences our daily lives, the built environment, and the fight for climate justice.

Why Art?

Art has the power to tell stories, challenge perceptions, and inspire action. From murals reclaiming public spaces to photography capturing the movement of people through a city, art brings mobility to life in ways that data alone cannot. By showcasing creative expressions of transit and movement, we spark new conversations, deepen engagement, and reimagine what’s possible for our streets and communities.

Flow: The Intersection of Art and Mobility

Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating The Art of Mobility, our annual fundraising gala dedicated to advancing sustainable, equitable, and accessible transportation across the region.

This special night will bring together advocates, policymakers, artists, and supporters to highlight the intersection of movement, creativity, and community. Through thought-provoking art, inspiring speakers, and a shared commitment to change, we’ll honor visionary leaders, bold advocates, and innovative artists driving progress in transportation justice while raising critical funds to power Tri-State Transportation Campaign’s work—pushing for policies that reduce emissions, expand transit access, and create safer streets for all.
